The Company was established in 2004 and is joint-owned by a reputable investment company Saratoga Capital and publicly listed energy company PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk, respectively with share ownership of 51% and 49%. MPI operates 2 gas-fired power generation plants in Batam and 3 gas-fired power generation plants in South Sumatra, 1,320 MW Maintenance and Operation contracts of Tanjung Jati B Power Plant in Jepara Central Java. The Company also operates mini hydro power projects in Simonggo-Tornauli Sumatera (8 MW) and Cianjur West Java, including Cibalapulang 1 (9MW), Cibalapulang 2 & 3 (13 MW) and Pusaka Parahiangan (15MW).

Business Development
Business Development
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related technical discipline. Advanced degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of proven experience project in the power generation sector.
- Proven track record in proactive prospection and screen/evaluate BD opportunities. Established network in Power Generation sector is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- International business experience is a plus. Professional and courteous interface with clients and partners.
Plant Manager
Requirements:
- Male, min 35 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Convertion
- Minimum of 5 of proven experience project in Power Plant, especially in Hydro Power Generation. Willing to be placed in remote area (Cibalapulang , Cianjur)
Assistant Plant Manager
Requirements:
- Male, min 30 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Convertion
- Minimum of 2 of proven experience project in Power Plant, especially in Hydro Power Generation.
- Willing to be placed in remote area (Cibalapulang, Cianjur)
Drilling Engineer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering or equivalent, related technical discipline. Petroleum Engineering is a plus.
- At least 8 years of working experience in the related field (in geothermal field is an advantage)
- Have ability to create drilling program
- Experience in deep drilling & directional drilling is plus
Operation Leader
Requirements:
- Male, min 30 years old.
- Min. Diploma degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Convertion
- Minimum of 2 of proven experience project in Power Plant, especially in Hydro Power Generation.
- Willing to be placed in remote area (Cibalapulang, Cianjur)
Instrument Engineer
Requirements
- Male/Female, maximum age 35 years old
- S1 Electrical Engineering/Mechantronics Engineering/Physics Engineering
- 2 – 3 years experience in the same position and low voltage electrical
- Have a deep knowledge and familiar with basic piping and instrument diagram and reliability concept.
- Have a deep knowledge and experience in Predictive Maintenance dan Strategy Maintenance.
- Willing to be placed in Batam
Civil Engineer
Requirements:
- Male, min 30 years old.
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Civil Hydro
- 2 years of working experience in similar position and in the field of irrigation (water construction) especially in PLTM/PLTA
- Have an experience in EPC and water construction design is an advantage
- Required skills: Civil Design, Land Desktop, SAP, Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Ms. Project)
- Willing to be placed in remote area (Cibalapulang, Cianjur)
Mechanical Engineer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Mechanical Engineering, Major in Energy Conversion
- At least 5 years of working experience in Power Plant (in PLTA, PLTMG or PLTM field is an advantage)
- Willing to be located at project area
