Engineering Manager (Construstion)
(Engineering & Constructions Project – Jakarta Based)
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and procurement management principles and practices.
- Must possess an in depth knowledge of the Engineering and Design process as well as extensive experience in construction methods
- Experience handle several big project, such as : Power Plant, LNG, Port/Jetty
- Maximize Project margins by ensuring appropriate Technical Specifications and Codes are adopted to suit the requirements of the contract
- Min. 15 years previous experiences in Engineering with 5 years as a Manager. Has experience as consultant or contractors (services campany) in EPC project is advantage
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Willing traveling to all Petrosea's site
(Mining Project – Jakarta Based)
Requirements:
- Min. 15 years previous experiences in Mining.
- Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Mining Engineering.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
- Ability to supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates, and also made a succession plan for subordinate.
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written.
- Willingness and ability to make clear plan and actions for continuous improvement.
- Strong awareness and willingness to always comply with HSE standards and procedure.
(Mining Project – Site Based)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Mining or Engineering preferred, but not essential (provided adequate experience)
- Has least 10 years professional experience in Mining, out of which 5 years in managerial positions
- Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices and the associated flow of design, planning and mining project management
- An understanding of the commercial aspects of Contract Mining, in particular with respect to Variations, potentials Claims (for/against) and the ability to manage contract activities avoid costly claims and litigation, whilst maximising EBIT
- Understanding of the fundamentals of effective asset and resource management to optimise outcomes
- Proactively adopts the principles of Continuous Improvement and promotes to all levels of the Project
- Ability to develop, supervise and encourage subordinates, including disciplinary action if required
- Leads by example in a professional and safe workmanlike manner
- Able to work effectively in an International environment with due respect for local customs and practices. Willing to learn Indonesian
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with Clients, subordinates, superiors and other third parties related to the Project
- Ability to develop and proactively implement effective monitoring and control systems
- Understands and actively implements Target Zero concepts
- Willing to work extended hours, if required, to meet Project targets and reporting deadlines
(Mining Project – Site Based)
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in Mining Engineering with at least 10 years mine experience and minimum 3 years in managerial position.
- Excellent communication both in English & Indonesian.
- Outstanding analysis skills.
- Strong capability / exposure to mine plan software.

- Min. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Good leadership and communication skill.
- Willing to be placed in all mining project location.

- Certified in POP is a must

- Fluent in English, written and verbal
- Familiar with mining software (Minescape open cut)

Requirements:
- Having at least 2 years of experience in the similar role (as Mining Foreman)
- Good command in English.
- May be required to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements
- Understand the SHE aspects of mining operations
- Good communication and leadership skill
- Willing to be placed in all company location

Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree from HR management /Psychology
- Min 1-2 years experienced in HR fields, especially in Organization Development area
- Knowledge of System and Organization development concept, systems, and process, especially in HR Area
- Knowledge in job analysis and job evaluation using Mercer methodology
- Knowledge in competency and assesment center area
- Willing to work extended office hours as and when required.
- Fluent in English written and verbal
- Possess strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate with all levels
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of some HR information / documents.
