Territory Sales Officer
- Jember & Bondowoso
- Jabodetabek
- Bachelor degree (S1) in any discipline
- At least 2 years of working experience in sales supervisory, preferably experienced in FMCG industry or building material industry
- Having a thorough territorial knowledge regarding East Java and Jabodetabek Area
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to work under pressure and target oriented
- Have a good communication skill
- Dynamic and willing to travel, preferably possess driving license A (SIM A)
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of working experiece as a sales in the HVAC industry, dealing with consulting engineers, contractors and dealers
- Experience in sustainable construction certification methods will be an assets (LEED, Greenship, Greenmark, HAKI, ASHARE, Total Cost of Ownership, Value Engineering, etc)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Building Engineering and Simulation Softwares)
- Good command in English both oral and written
- Customer focus : making customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationship by continuous follow ups
- Sales ability/persuasiveness ; using appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea from prospective clients
- Team work - able to work with and in multicultural team
- Open to changes and to considerable variety in the workplace and adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, process, requirements, or cultures
