In May 2011 PT Artha Prima Finance increases the capital base and its paid-in capital to meet the FMD No. 84 in 2006 regarding the provisions of the minimum paid-in capital. The shareholders of the company increased the company's paid-in capital to IDR 100 billion and authorized capital increased to Rp 400 billion.
