We use a unique way of approaching our customer called FACE TO FACE marketing, where we do not use media such as TV, radio, billboard, etc. We believe in the power of face-to-face because face-to-face approach is mo personalized than other media. In face-to-face we can adjust the way we approach to our customer's background. However if we use media, it will be very general and not focused. And the result have spoken, we have created huge result for our clients and that is the reason why they asked us to grow and to double the team size to gain more result. Our clients is happy but they want MORE.

Job Description
For us, your background is not a big deal. As long as you are eager to learn new things and willing to take challenges we will train you every skill that needed in sales & marketing. We will put each individual in our Management Trainee program and develop with us.

Our Management Trainee consist of 3 development program;

  • Sales & Marketing Development : We train people to develop their communication skill by approaching customer on face to face level.
  • Training Development : We train people to develop their leadership skill by managing a small team.
  • Business Development : We train people to develop their management skill by managing an office and expanding the business.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Indonesian citizen
  • Positive attitude and professional behaviour
  • Good working habits
  • Goal oriented and career minded
  • Self Motivated and fun personality
  • ASAP  starters will be prioritize
  • 5 Full-Time position(s) available.
