Due to facing fast business growth and expanding of business across Indonesia, PT Rekayasa Industri are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging positions as :QC Manager
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor of Engineering degree
- Experience
- At least 10 years as a QC Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project
- At least 2 years as a QC Manager in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project
- At least 1 year as a QC Manager in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical in offshore project.
- Have good knowledge and experience of quality control in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Physics Engineering
- Experience
- At least 17 years as an Instrument Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project
- At least 5 years as a Lead Instrument Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project
- Minimum of 2 projects as a Lead in FEED/EPC Petrochemical in Fertilizer project will be advantages
- Have good knowledge and experience of quality control in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering
- Experience
- At least 15 years as a Process Safety Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
- At least 5 years as a Senior Process Safety Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
- Have experience with the items described for Process Engineers plus HAZOP/HAZID, QRA/ALARP, inherently safe design, SIL ratings, pressure relief systems, fire and gas detection systems, fire fighting systems, risk studies and mitigation plans, integrity management, FLACS model for fire and explosion studies and other risk reduction studies
- Have experience with process safety design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience
- At least 10 years as a Telecom Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project
- At least 5 years as a Senior Telecom Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
- Have experience in design of telecommunication systems, telecommunication specifications and data sheets. Good knowledge of Telecommunication installations is required.
- Have experience with telecommunication design in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
QC Coordinator
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor of Engineering degree
- Experience
- At least 8 years as a QC Engineer in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
- At least 2 years as a QC Coordinator in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project.
- Minimum of 1 project as a QC coordinator in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical in offshore project.
- Have good knowledge and experience of quality control in accordance with applicable International codes and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Chemical Engineering
- Experience
- At least 5 years as process engineering in FEED/EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical project
- Have a deep experience in Heat and Material Balance Development (HMB), Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), and Utility Flow Diagrams (UFD), Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), preparation of process data sheets for equipment and utility system is required. It will also be essential to have a strong competency in all aspects of process design safety and in particular the development of flare, relief and blow-down systems
- Fully conversant with the applicable international codes and standards approriate to their speciality
