Lowongan Kerja PT AEON Indonesia

Due to strengthen its team, Lowongan Kerja PT AEON Indonesia now is seeking the candidates who are interested to learn and gaining hands-on experience in motorcycle industry as follow :

Job Description
  • Draft and propose merchandise assortment matrix, selling price policy, flat layout plan, schematic plan and three dimension layout plan
  • Draft and propose budget for sales, price alteration (PA), end of month inventory, loss ratio
  • Draft and propose purchase (Open to buy - OTB)
  • Develop new supplier& negotiate the yearly contract condition (including to manage supplier & merchandise quality)
  • Improve his/her organization by training the merchandising staffs
  • Prepare the opening of new store
  • Visit store and train Operation Div. “How to Sell”, “How to Display”, and "How to Maintain Sales Area”. (including new store opening support)
  • Ensure that all person in his/her Department comply to AEON Code of Conduct, laws & regulation.
Requirement  :
  • University graduate from any major.
  • Work experience : minimum 10 years in retail business, 3 years of which in managerial position.
  • Not only candidate with Merchandising experience, candidate with Store Operation experience are also welcomed to apply.
  • Skill : can write merchandise assortment matrix, price policy, schematic plan, can manage OTB, brand assortment matrix
  • Language skill : Excellent english language skill
  • Characteristic : Strong leadership, cheerful, high responsibility
