PT Nusantara Medika Utama was established in 2003 and initially operated as a sub business unit of PTPN X. PT Nusantara Utama Medika was formed as an independent company in 2013. Nusameditama is based in Mojokerto East Java and at present has 3 hospitals, namely Gatoel Hospital Mojokerto, HVA Toeloengredjo Hospital Pare Kediri, and Perkebunan Jember Hospital Jember. As of Januanry 2013, PT Nusantara Medika Utama also managed 11 medical clinics spread in all over Indonesia.
