Lowongan Kerja PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java - Pertamina PHE ONWJ is a leading upstream oil company in Indonesia. The Company is a member of Pertamina Group through PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE). Pertamina PHE ONWJ is recognized as the first Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) in Indonesia, which was operated since 1971 under Atlantic Richfield Indonesia (later on became BP West Java). PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java was launched in 2009 and maintains upstream production facilities in the Offshore North West Java (ONWJ) blocks, which is situated in the java sea with Covers an area of 8,300 square meter. In ONWJ block, Pertamina PHE ONWJ holds 58.2795% of Participating Interest per December 2012. Other PI was owned by CNOOC ONWJ Ltd (36.7205%) and Orchard Energy Java BV (5%).

Organisation Development Specialist
Location: Jakarta-Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ)
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelors Degree in any disciplines, preferably Psychology or Law
- Having 5 years of working experiences in HR especially in oil & gas industry
- Having good knowledge in Performance Management System; Competency or Talent management; Job Analysis
- Having proper understanding in WP&B from SKKMIGAS
- Possess competency or behavior event interview skills
- Good command in English (verbal and written)
Location: Jakarta-Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ)
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in oil and gas industry
- Preferably having experiences in subsurface or operations experiences
- Familiar with facility and production operations as well as financial aspects of oil and gas industry.
- Understanding of financial modeling
- Knowledgeable about economics
- High level of initiative and ability to apply technical skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Having good communication skill
- Good command in English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office
