- Science of Law (International Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Business Law, Environmental Law, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law).
- Economics.
- Humanities / Literature (Arabic, Chinese, English, Japanese, French, Russian).
- Graduates of State Universities or Colleges Private Universities in Indonesia or Overseas study programs accredited by the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education on the date of graduation, with min GPA
- S1 : min 2.75 out of 4 scale
- S2 : min 3.00 out of 4 scale
- S3 : min 3.00 out of 4 scale
- Have a good command of English (oral and written), and / or other languages of the United Nations (UN) (Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, French, and Russian), and / or other foreign languages (Japanese, German, and Korean).

- Diploma (D3) majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics Management, Informatics Engineering, and Information Technology
- Graduates of State Universities or Colleges Private Universities in Indonesia or Overseas study programs accredited by the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education on the date of graduation, with min GPA 2.75
- Have a good command of English (oral and written), and / or other languages of the United Nations (UN) (Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, French, and Russian), and / or other foreign languages (Japanese, German, and Korean).
- Indonesian citizen (WNI)
- Minimum age of 18 (eighteen) years old (date of birth 1 December 1995 and earlier) and max age
- Max age 28 years old per 1 December 2013 for D3 and S1
- Max age 32 years old per 1 December 2013 for S2
- Max age 35 years old per 1 December 2013 for S3
- Well-behaved and never sentenced to prison or jail based on court decisions that have permanent legal force.
